In May of 2025, Southern Rodeo Company made a stop in Hiawassee, GA, during their tour of the Southeast. I brought my digital and film cameras to capture the essence of rodeo culture. Despite spending most of my life in the South, I have never identified as Southern. Experiences like this allow me to explore and understand the perspectives of those who do.
